Do I leave a deposit?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold a date. The balance will become due upon installation of the tent.

How do I know what tent size I need?

On our services page we have provided a chart that can be used for determining the appropriate size, however the chart does not include extras such as a dance floor or bar. If you are unsure you can reach out and we would be glad to provide help.

Do we install on concrete/asphalt?

We are able to install our tents on a variety of surfaces including concrete and asphalt, some tent styles are better suited for hard surfaces especially fragile or “no trace” installs such as patios.

What is a frame tent?

A frame tent is a style of tent that does not have any centre poles. Using a truss style roof the poles are eliminated therefore giving you an open and unobstructed floor plan and view. They are the ideal tent for a set up on a fragile surface (interlocking) or when a “No trace” rental is needed.

Who sets up the tent?

Our smaller frame tents can be picked up and installed by you. Our larger pole and frame tents (20’x30’ and up) are required to be installed by our trained employees to ensure they are safe and meet the rigorous engineering standards they are built to.

Are the tents safe?

We only provide tents that meet the highest standards when it comes to engineering and safety. Our tents are fire retardant and come with a certificate from the Fire Marshal as well as stamped Engineer drawings. Having these certifications allow us to set up our tents within the City of Winnipeg as they have regulations surrounding the quality and safety of temporary structures.
